1) Order Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a Return/Exchange after delivery as per our Return Policy.

2) Order Cancellation by NepaliEagle
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues such as:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment issues or suspected fraud.
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the Platform.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and any payment made will be refunded in full.
3) Non-Cancellable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers, etc.).
- Hygiene-related items such as undergarments, cosmetics, or similar products once opened/used.
4) Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
- The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank, wallet, or payment provider.
