1) Eligibility & Account

- Keep your login details confidential; all activities under your account are your responsibility.
- Provide accurate information and keep your phone number and email updated.
2) Services
NepaliEagle is an ecommerce platform for fashion and lifestyle products. Your purchases are governed by our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation policies (available on the Platform).
3) Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Pricing or stock may change without notice due to errors or updates.
- We may cancel orders suspected of fraud/abuse.
- Accepted methods include Cash on Delivery, wallets, cards, and bank transfers (as available).
4) Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or force majeure.
5) Returns & Refunds
- Return/exchange accepted within [X days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery for unused items with original tags/packaging.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible; timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NepaliEagle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Product warranties (if any) are provided by manufacturers/brands.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy (covers collection and use of your personal data). Please review it on the Platform.
10) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or any harmful activity. Certain obligations and rights will survive termination (e.g., payments, IP, limitations of liability).
11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal for any disputes.
